XYSTI MIAMI Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from XYSTI MIAMI. Because our collections are produced in limited quantities, we ask that all returns meet the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • Free from makeup, fragrance, deodorant, stains, alterations, or damage

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned with any original packaging included with the order

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return has been completed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at contact@xystimiami.com.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

Final Sale Items

Items clearly identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.

Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because XYSTI MIAMI collections are produced in limited quantities and inventory may vary by size and color, direct exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

If you would like a different size or color, please contact us at contact@xystimiami.com so we can confirm availability.

International Returns

Customers returning orders from outside the United States are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges.

XYSTI MIAMI is not responsible for customs charges incurred when merchandise is returned internationally.
