Thank you for shopping with XYSTI MIAMI. Each order is prepared with care and fulfilled directly from our Miami studio.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During collection launches, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may require additional time. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.

United States Shipping

XYSTI MIAMI currently offers the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping — $8.95
Available for orders under $150.00.

Complimentary Standard Shipping
Available for orders of $150.00 or more.

Standard shipping is estimated to take approximately 5–8 business days in transit after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of XYSTI MIAMI.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information using the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update tracking information after the shipping label is created.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact XYSTI MIAMI as soon as possible. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is subject to the carrier's operations.

If your tracking information indicates an unusual delay or delivery issue, please contact us so we can assist you in reviewing the shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include photographs of the package and item so that we can evaluate the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, delivery times, customs charges, duties, and taxes may vary by destination.
